I decided to hand-tie the baby quilt instead of the satin binding. I think it's added a fun, whimsical touch, and it helps keep the layers of the quilt together, too. I wasn't sure about actually "quilting" it (sewing all over it), because the fuzzy fabric is a little tricky and can get matted down. Anyway, here's the finished project. I have another one ready for fuzzy backing and hand-tying to give our nephew, Samuel too (if you're reading this, Ariana, Sam's bday present will be on its way soon... sorry for the delay!). :)
