Menu Plan Monday

Menu for this week:

Monday (Italian): chicken alfredo
Tuesday (beef): stew
Wednesday (Mexican): soft tacos
Thursday: Valentine's Day... will have to check with Matt :)
Friday (easy): I have Friday off, so I might choose something more "involved," but if not, then chicken and dumplings again (hehe)
Saturday: hopefully out somewhere
Sunday (crockpot): spicy crockpot roast
